MY TRAN, DVM
Dr. My Tran graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2012. The Carrollton native began working as a relief veterinarian before bringing her expertise to Watauga Animal Hospital in 2013. My is a newlywed and the owner of a pug named Moose and a beagle named Red.
Cindy is our groomer at Watauga Animal Hospital. After attending grooming school she opened her own business, which she ran for ten years. Your pet will benefit from her 25 years of experience in the field. She is married to Larry and has four wirehaired dachshunds – Deeks, Harper, Melly and Vegas.
Robin is our Practice Manager. She has been with Watauga Animal Hospital for ten years. Her previous experience was in Colorado, where she worked for an animal hospital for 17 years. She and her husband, Greg, have three kids. They also share their home with four dogs: Diamond, Sunshine, Coco, and Jack.
Serena has been a receptionist since March 2016, she’s married to Jordan and they have 2 children, a daughter Abrianna, son Jaxon, and a min. Dachshund-Dottie. They love going to the movies and spending time with family and friends
Despite staying very busy both working as our receptionist and taking college courses, Megan always has time to smile and greet clients! She has worked with Watauga Animal Hospital since 2013.
Kim, our kennel technician, has been working with Watauga Animal Hospital since 2014 while simultaneously working on her degree. She lives with her two cats, Annabella and Oliver. She likes Gladiator workouts, and spending lots of time with her family and friends.
Megan began working as a kennel technician in 2009. In 2013 she moved up to veterinary tech position and has since received her full Vet Tech Certification! She and her wife, Heather, have three dogs: Gabriel, a Catahoula Leopard, Castiel a Pembrook Welsh Corgi, Raphael, a Border Collie, and a Calico cat name Callie. In her spare time she enjoys movies, crafting, playing xbox, and spending time with Heather and their pets!
Monica Spratlen has been a part of our front desk team since June 2016. When she’s not busy at work, she spends her time off with her husband Justin, 6 dogs, a cat, and opossums. Monica is a wildlife rehabber and specializes in helping opossums and other small mammals. Monica’s hobbies include old cars, acting and crafting.
Jennifer has worked as a receptionist for Watauga Animal Hospital since June 2016. She graduated from Missouri Western State University in 2009. She was born and raised in Missouri , and has lived in the Fort Worth area for a year. She enjoys playing fetch with her dog “Suki”, weight lifting, reading and spending time with her husband, Blake.
Ashley was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. She has over 17 years of animal experience beginning with a program through the Dallas Zoo. Ashley spends her free time with her fiance Marcus and 4 dogs (Tiberius, Wylie, Bamba and Theodore) as well as hand crafting jewelry and fossil hunting. She’s been a receptionist with Watauga Animal Hospital since August 2016.
Katie lives in Saginaw with her husband Justin and two children, Becca 13 yrs old and Garrison 8 yrs old. Katie’s love for pets include her Great Dane “Gracie Mae”, Saint Bernard “Shiner Bock”, Beagle Mix “Oakley” and two cats “Rascal” and “Delilah”. Her hobbies are spending time with her family, baking and taking naps.
Arielle is a veterinary technician and studying emergency animal care. She’s worked at Watauga Animal Hospital since 2011 and has a true passion for working with animals. When Arielle isn’t studying or lending a hand at the hospital, she enjoys spending time with family, friends and her Golden Retriever, Gina.
